We have been undertaking REFs for local Councils across NSW for over 20 years and have refined a cost effective, efficient system to produce accurate REFs that present value for money to ratepayers while getting you the environmental approvals you need.
We have a pilot on the team and can service the whole of NSW quickly and cost effectively. If additional site visits are required to resolve unforeseen issues or address design changes, it is no trouble for us in a cost effective small airplane.
Most of our Council REF projects are for road upgrade works - sealing, widening or realigning and for bridges. We also undertake REFs for pipelines, riparian management (erosion and weed control), public facilities such as park infrastructure or sports ground lighting.
